Sky Dog ATI LLC – Terms of Search Service

Payment: Due in full before travel to the initial site.

Overtime Payment: Additional hours are billed at $250/hr. Any overtime incurred must be paid in full immediately at the end of the search via Venmo or invoice.

Scope of Service: Service includes two hours of searching, starting on arrival, and including any breaks or new site launches. Sky Dog ATI LLC is responsible solely for flying and providing Latitude/Longitude coordinates for possible Points of Interest (POIs). We are not responsible for physical tracking, and no further tracking support will be provided.

Ground Investigation: Because our service is strictly aerial, the client is entirely responsible for the physical investigation of any POIs identified during the flight. The client must either investigate these locations themselves or provide an able-bodied individual who is present on-site and capable of safely navigating the search terrain to conduct the ground investigation.

No Guarantee: Payment is for the search effort and professional expertise, not a guaranteed recovery of the animal.

Non-Refundable: Once Sky Dog ATI is in transit, a commitment for services has been made, whether the pet is found en-route or not. Fees are not refundable.

Safety Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the search immediately for weather (icing/wind), equipment failure, pilot health, or safety/hostility concerns. No refunds for safety terminations.

Liability: The client assumes all risks. Sky Dog ATI is not liable for injury or death to animals or persons within the search area.

Data: All thermal/video/audio remains the property of Sky Dog ATI LLC.

Client Duty: You must notify us immediately via text and call if the animal is found.

Fundraising: Any fundraising managed by Sky Dog ATI LLC for pro-bono work is dedicated to offsetting mission expenses (equipment, travel, and logistics). Surplus funds support future pro-bono search efforts.
