Terms of Search Service

By using our service you agree:

1. Payment is expected before we start driving to the search site.

2. Payment covers up to four hours of being on-site, then an hourly rate starts ($250).

3. Search time starts at site arrival and includes travel time to alternate sites.

4. Any event which makes further searching unreasonable, terminates the search, without any refund.

5. Termination events include: icing, crashes, pilot health, hostility, safety and/or liability concerns, change in airspace restriction etc.

6. If your animal is found enroute, there will be a partial refund. Amount base on distance traveled, preparation, schedule imapct *.

7. Client is responsible of notifying (via text and call) if animal has been found.

8. Video / audio recording equipment may be used during search, and will be the property of SKyDog ATI LLC.

9. This Service does not guarantee recovery is successful.

10. The search fee does not change if your animal is found or not found.

11. Payment for search is all encompasing.  There are no other fees expected from the client. 

12. SkyDog ATI LLC is not responsible for any injuries or death to your animal. 

13. SkyDog ATI LLC is not responsible for any injuries or death to clients.

14. Any person/persons inside the search area who cause ANY issues interferring with the search can terminate the SAR.

 * Mission Preparation: 

   All SARs require upfront research (airspace with possible authorization request, topographical maps, weather),

    equipment (drones, generator...), vehicle preparation etc.

   Also impacts possible lost income since your support eliminated helping other clients.

   This is a discretionary fee. A one hour drive will differ from a four hour drive.  To be determined after return to base.
