By using our service you agree

• Payment is expected before we start driving to the search site.

• All weapons* not be present when we show up.  

• Video / audio recording equipment may be used during search.

• This Service does not guarantee recovery is successful.

• Once we start driving to the search site, a pro-rated refund will be considered dependant on the circumstances.  It can still end up being non-refundable.
