Sky Dog ATI LLC – Terms of Search Service

By replying "AGREE" and making payment, you confirm:

1. Payment: Due in full before deployment. Covers up to 4 hours on-site + travel between launch sites. Additional hours billed at $250/hr.

2. No Guarantee: Payment is for the search effort and professional expertise, not a guaranteed recovery of the animal.

3. Non-Refundable: Once Sky Dog ATI is in transit, a minimum deployment fee of $250 is non-refundable. If found en route, any partial refund is at our sole discretion based on distance traveled.

4. Safety Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the search immediately for weather (icing/wind), equipment failure, pilot health, or safety/hostility concerns. No refunds for safety terminations.

5. Liability: Client assumes all risks. Sky Dog ATI is not liable for injury or death to animals or persons within the search area.

6. Data: All thermal/video/audio remains the property of Sky Dog ATI LLC.

7. Client Duty: You must notify us immediately via text and call if the animal is found.

8. Any fundraising managed by Sky Dog ATI LLC for pro-bono work is dedicated to offsetting mission expenses (equipment, travel, and logistics). Surplus funds support future pro-bono search efforts.
