Sky Dog ATI LLC – Terms of Search Service

​

1. Payment: Due in full before travel to initial site.

2. There are three tiers (travel time to site).

   1. Tier I: inside 0.5 hour drive. 

   2. Tier II: 1.5 hours hour drive. 

   3. Tier 3: 2+ hours drive.  

3. Additional hours billed at $250/hr.

4. All tiers cover two hours of searching, starting on arrival, and including any breaks or new site launches.

5. No Guarantee: Payment is for the search effort and professional expertise, not a guaranteed recovery of the animal.

6. Non-Refundable: Once Sky Dog ATI is in transit, then a commitment for services has been made by SkyDog ATI, weither the pet is found en-route or not.  Fees are not refundable.

7. Safety Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the search immediately for weather (icing/wind), equipment failure, pilot health, or safety/hostility concerns. No refunds for safety terminations.

8. Liability: Client assumes all risks. Sky Dog ATI is not liable for injury or death to animals or persons within the search area.

9. Data: All thermal/video/audio remains the property of Sky Dog ATI LLC.

10. Client Duty: You must notify us immediately via text and call if the animal is found.

11. Any fundraising managed by Sky Dog ATI LLC for pro-bono work is dedicated to offsetting mission expenses (equipment, travel, and logistics). Surplus funds support future pro-bono search efforts.
